THE TIGER
Artalysis was approached by a customer with a request to build two 4 foot tall tigers that would later be painted and placed on a college campus. After receiving the 3D data, Artalysis made customer-approved alterations to the print data, sent a scaled-down (full body) version and a full sized section (of the head) to the customer, and then proceeded with printing each tiger. These tigers were both printed in one piece without the need for a split or seam.

Step 2: SENT CUSTOMER MINI TIGER
Artalysis sent the customer a scaled-down version of the tiger. This was to verify the pose and determine surface finish requirements.
Step 3: SENT CUSTOMER SECTION CUT
Artalysis sent the customer a section cut (of half of the head) to verify print resolution and further discuss surface finish for painting.

Step 4: PRINTING AND MANUFACTURING
Both tigers were printed, processed, and shipped by Artalysis. Once it arrived on-site, the customer painted these tigers and installed them next to each other.
